About the Project

In light of the rabid attack by the occupation forces against the Palestinian people after October 7, and the escalation of arrest campaigns and the unprecedented procedures against detainees, including torture, killing and inhuman treatment that violate international conventions and laws, there is a need to document the reality of prisoners. Hence the idea of creating a knowledge and documentation project that deals with the reality of prisoners and the Zionist prison system after October 7. 

The project aims to document cases of detention, prison conditions, methods of violence and torture since the beginning of the ongoing war of genocide, and the accompanying changes in the Zionist prison system, including the laws and regulations adopted to restrict Palestinian prisoners and the methods of torture used by the Prison Service and the occupation army. Read more
